When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive your tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you your tracking information so you always know where your package is.

How often should I use the patches?

For best results, we recommend using your Quasi patches 2–3 times per week. You can also use them whenever your skin needs an extra boost — before a big day, after a long night, or whenever you feel like treating yourself.

Can I use multiple products together?

Absolutely. Our entire range is designed to complement each other. Mix and match based on your skin's needs — pair the Caffeine Boost patches in the morning with the Overnight Repair patches at night, or alternate throughout the week for a complete eye care routine.

Are the products suitable for all skin types?

Yes. All Quasi formulations are designed for general use and work well across normal, dry, and combination skin types. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test before your first use.
